New study aims to find best pain relief for liver cancer surgery patients

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (EOIPB and ESP block) to see which provides better pain relief after liver surgery in cancer patients. 52 adults will receive one of the two blocks, and their pain scores and need for extra pain medicine will be tracked for 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgery pain.
