First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looked at 64 adults having groin hernia repair. It compared two types of nerve blocks (QL-2 and QL-3) to see which one provides longer pain relief after surgery. Both blocks use a numbing medicine called ropivacaine. The goal is to help doctors choose the best block to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers.
