Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (QL-2 and QL-3) to see which provides longer pain relief after groin hernia surgery. Sixty-four adults aged 18-50 received one of the two blocks with the same numbing medicine. The goal was to find the best approach to reduce pain and improve recovery in local patients.
