New nerve block promises speedier recovery for heart surgery patients

Summary
This study tests whether a specific nerve block (called PIFB) can help people recover better after open-heart surgery. About 123 adults having planned heart surgery will receive either this block or another standard block. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and improves overall recovery quality.
