Summary
This study looked at 63 adults who had heart surgery through a small cut in the chest. It compared two pain relief methods: freezing the nerves (cryoanalgesia) and a nerve block (BRILMA). The goal was to see which method better reduces pain after surgery, including where and how strong the pain is.
