Summary
This study looked at 60 women having planned C-sections to compare two pain relief methods: a small dose of morphine given with the spinal anesthetic, and an ultrasound-guided numbing injection into the belly wall. The goal was to see which approach better reduces the need for extra pain medicine in the first 24 hours after surgery. The results help doctors choose the best option for comfortable recovery.
