Summary
This study tested whether adding a physiotherapy technique called neural mobilization to ibuprofen arginine pills reduces pain more than the pills alone in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. 76 adults with confirmed carpal tunnel took part. Researchers measured pain using a standard scale and hand function with a questionnaire.
