Summary
This study looked at 76 adults with carpal tunnel syndrome to see if adding a specific physiotherapy technique (neural mobilization) to an ibuprofen arginine pill could reduce pain better than the pill alone. Participants were split into two groups and their pain and hand function were measured. The goal was to find a more effective way to ease symptoms without surgery.
