NCT ID NCT07461298
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a program that combines pain education, exercise, and healthy lifestyle tips for adults with persistent muscle or joint pain lasting at least six months. Researchers will compare this program to usual care in 146 people from five clinics in Spain. The goal is to see if the program improves quality of life, reduces pain, and helps people feel better without relying on medication.
