Summary

This study looks at whether adding a spinal morphine injection to standard pain control (nerve block and sedation) helps people recover better after video-assisted lung surgery. About 52 adults having planned lung surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either the extra spinal morphine or not. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall recovery and reduces inflammation.
