Could a spinal shot make lung surgery recovery smoother?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding spinal morphine to standard pain treatments helps people recover better after video-assisted lung surgery. About 52 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the extra spinal morphine or not. The goal is to see if this approach improves pain control and overall recovery without major side effects.
