First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to see which one better controls pain and reduces the need for strong painkillers after breast-conserving surgery. Seventy adults having breast cancer surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks before surgery. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage pain and limit opioid use.
