Summary
This study compared two different nerve block techniques to see which provides better pain relief after abdominal surgery. Researchers tested the Quadratus Lumborum block against the Erector Spinal block in 100 patients undergoing various abdominal procedures. The main goal was to see which method reduced the need for opioid pain medication and provided better pain control during recovery.
