Summary
This study tests a new ultrasound-guided pain block for high-risk children (ages not specified) having anal or penile surgery. The goal is to see if this block can delay or replace strong pain medicines that can cause breathing or heart problems. Sixty children will be enrolled, and researchers will measure how long it takes before they need extra pain relief.
