Summary
This study compared two different ultrasound-guided methods for blocking pain in children aged 1-7 years old having hypospadias repair surgery. Researchers tested a newer back muscle plane block against a standard caudal block to see which provided better and longer-lasting pain relief after surgery. The goal was to find the safest and most effective way to manage pain for these young patients.
