Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and QLB) for pain control after lower back surgery. Forty adults aged 18-65 will receive one of the two blocks, and researchers will measure pain levels using a simple 0-10 scale. The goal is to find which block provides better pain relief and has fewer complications.
