Summary

This study tested two different ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to see which provides better pain relief after breast removal surgery. Eighty-eight women received either a PECS II or MTP block before surgery, and their pain levels were tracked for 24 hours. The goal was to find a more effective way to manage pain and reduce the need for strong painkillers.
