Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (PECS II-PIFB vs. SAPB) to see which provides better pain relief after modified radical mastectomy. About 70 women aged 18-65 will receive one of the blocks, and researchers will measure how much extra pain medicine they need in the first 24 hours. The goal is to find the most effective approach to reduce pain and complications after surgery.
