This study looked at 120 adults having gallbladder removal surgery. Doctors compared two types of nerve blocks (erector spinae plane block and thoracic paravertebral block) to see which one better controlled pain after surgery. The main goal was to measure how much opioid pain medicine patients needed in the first 24 hours after their operation.
