Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (QIPB and PENG) for pain relief after hip fracture surgery in 52 adults. Patients received one of the blocks after spinal anesthesia, and their pain levels and opioid use were tracked for 24 hours. The goal was to see which block provides better pain control and reduces the need for strong painkillers.
