Summary
This study is testing if a specific type of pain-blocking injection, given after major stomach surgery, can help patients breathe more easily. Researchers will measure how well the diaphragm moves and how much pain patients feel after the procedure. The goal is to see if this pain control method leads to better recovery by improving lung function.
