New study aims to ease phantom limb pain for amputees

Summary
This study looks at how well different treatments work for pain after a limb is surgically removed. About 350 adults having an amputation at Penn State Hershey Medical Center will rate their pain at rest and with movement over one year. The goal is to find better ways to manage pain and improve daily function.
