Summary
This study tests whether intensive virtual sessions with a dietitian help active duty women lose weight and meet military fitness standards in the first year after giving birth. About 74 first-time mothers from any U.S. military service will be randomly assigned to either diet coaching or standard postpartum care. The goal is to see if the coaching helps them return to required weight and pass fitness tests.
