Summary

This study tests a drug called pacritinib for people with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that hasn't responded to at least two prior treatments. cGVHD is an immune system problem that can occur after a stem cell transplant, causing damage to multiple organs. Participants take pacritinib capsules daily for 6 to 12 months, with regular checkups to monitor safety and effectiveness. The goal is to find a better treatment option for this serious condition.
