Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment for people with chronic sinusitis that keeps coming back. A small balloon coated with the drug paclitaxel is placed in the nose to open blocked sinuses and reduce inflammation. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help relieve symptoms like nasal congestion and loss of smell. Up to 45 adults with recurrent sinusitis will take part.
