First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares a new pacing method called conduction system pacing (CSP) to standard pacing for people with a slow heart rate and a wide QRS pattern on their ECG. The goal is to see if CSP better preserves the heart's pumping ability over one year. About 120 adults who need a permanent pacemaker will take part.
