New pacemaker approach may boost heart function and quality of life

Summary
This study compares a newer pacing method (conduction system pacing) with standard pacing in 124 people who need a permanent pacemaker for heart block. Researchers will measure blood pressure, heart function, and quality of life over one year to see which approach works better. Participants must be 18-80 years old and have no major heart damage.
