First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two types of pacemaker therapy for people with heart block (a condition where the heart's electrical signals are delayed). One method is standard right ventricular pacing, and the other is a newer approach called conduction system pacing. The goal is to see which method better supports heart function, blood pressure, and quality of life over one year. About 124 adults aged 18-80 with heart block will take part.
