NCT ID NCT06102057
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to give radiation therapy for stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines a smaller, faster radiation field with standard chemo and a follow-up immunotherapy drug called durvalumab. About 110 adults will be randomly assigned to either the new or standard radiation approach. The goal is to see if the new method helps more people complete the full treatment plan safely.
