Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called P134 cells for people whose glioblastoma brain cancer has come back. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target two markers on the cancer cells. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors in 26 adults.
