This study tested whether adding ozonated olive oil gel or curcumin gel to standard deep cleaning helps treat gum disease (stage II, grade B periodontitis). Forty adults aged 18 to 50 completed the trial. Researchers measured gum attachment levels, plaque, and bleeding over three months to see which gel works better.
