Can a love hormone change how you run from danger?
NCT ID NCT07162584
Summary
This study aims to understand if a single dose of oxytocin, given as a nasal spray, changes how healthy people react to threats in a virtual game. 80 participants will play a computer game where they must escape from a predator to a safe zone. Researchers will measure brain activity, skin sweat responses, and ask about anxiety to see if the spray affects escape decisions.
