Summary
This study tests whether a nasal spray containing oxytocin (the 'love hormone') can improve sexual well-being in people with central diabetes insipidus, a condition that causes extreme thirst and frequent urination. About 42 participants (patients and healthy volunteers) will receive either oxytocin or a placebo for one week, then switch. The goal is to see if oxytocin boosts sexual satisfaction and intimacy without serious side effects.
