Summary

This study looks at whether adding oxytocin (a natural hormone) to talk therapy helps veterans with both PTSD and alcohol use disorder. About 175 veterans will receive either oxytocin or a placebo along with therapy. The goal is to see if oxytocin reduces drinking and PTSD symptoms better than therapy alone.
