Summary
This study is testing the lowest effective dose of oxytocin to keep the uterus contracted after a C-section in women who have been in labor. Oxytocin is a drug commonly used to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The trial will enroll 40 women and adjust the dose based on each previous patient's response. The goal is to find a dose that works well with fewer side effects.
