Summary

This study looks at three ways to give oxygen during colonoscopy sedation to find which one best prevents breathing pauses and drops in oxygen levels. About 280 adults will be randomly assigned to standard continuous flow oxygen, a new synchronized pulse device, or a CPAP mask. The goal is to see which method keeps patients safest during the procedure.
