Summary
This study looks at specific fats in the blood (OxPLs) of people who had a severe heart attack (STEMI) and underwent a procedure to open blocked arteries (PCI). The goal is to find patterns in these fats that could help predict future heart problems. Researchers will use artificial intelligence to build a risk prediction system. The study involves 240 participants and does not test any new treatment.
