First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at 240 people who had a severe heart attack (STEMI) and a procedure to open blocked arteries (PCI). Researchers want to find special blood markers called OxPLs that might help predict if someone will have more heart problems later. They will use this information to build an AI system that can help doctors better assess risk. This is an observational study, meaning no new treatments are being tested.
