Sleep apnea patients get a window into their treatment
NCT ID NCT07564310
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving people with sleep apnea access to their nightly oxygen levels helps them stay engaged with their mouthpiece therapy. About 120 adults with mild-to-moderate sleep apnea (or severe cases who can't use CPAP) will either get standard care or see their oxygen data through a special app. The goal is to see if this feedback improves how patients feel about their treatment over 4 weeks.
