NCT ID NCT07203066
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at how a common chemotherapy drug, oxaliplatin, can cause nerve damage in the hands, leading to weakness and trouble with daily tasks. Researchers will measure hand and finger strength, dexterity, and quality of life in 84 colorectal cancer patients who have had at least 3 cycles of treatment. The goal is to better understand these side effects so doctors can offer better support and therapies.
