Summary
This study tests two ways to treat chronic pelvic pain from pelvic congestion syndrome. Both methods use foam plus either medical glue or tiny coils to block problem veins. Sixty women aged 18–50 with long-term pelvic pain will be followed for 18 months to see which approach reduces pain more effectively.
