NCT ID NCT05567198

First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a drug called GnRHa can help preserve ovarian function in women under 40 with lupus who are treated with cyclophosphamide, a chemotherapy that can cause infertility. Researchers will survey 100 women about their menstrual history and review medical records to compare those who received GnRHa with those who did not. The goal is to understand if GnRHa reduces the risk of early menopause and infertility.
