Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a personalized vaccine for advanced ovarian cancer. Doctors create the vaccine using a patient's own tumor cells and specialized immune cells called dendritic cells. The goal is to see if this vaccine, given alongside standard chemotherapy and surgery, can safely train the immune system to fight the cancer.
