Can an Immune-Boosting drug help a cancer pill fight ovarian cancer better?
NCT ID NCT04034927
Summary
This study is testing if a combination of two drugs works better than one alone to control recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. It compares a standard targeted drug (olaparib) against that same drug plus an immunotherapy drug (tremelimumab). The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it can keep the cancer from growing longer than the single drug.
