Can a video help prevent ovarian cancer?

Summary
This study aims to see if an educational video increases interest in a preventive surgery to remove the fallopian tubes, which may lower ovarian cancer risk. Researchers will ask women aged 45+ who are already scheduled for other abdominal surgery to watch the video and complete questionnaires. The goal is to measure how many participants choose to have the preventive procedure added to their planned surgery after learning about it.
