Summary
This study looks at whether removing enlarged lymph nodes in the chest during surgery can help people with advanced ovarian cancer live longer without the cancer coming back. It involves 52 women with stage III or IV ovarian cancer whose chest lymph nodes are enlarged but small. The goal is to see if this extra step is safe and effective.
