Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called ubamatamab for women with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has stopped responding to standard platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective when given alone or combined with other cancer drugs. Researchers will measure how well the tumors shrink and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
