Smart ring seeks to detect silent killer in 2 million people
NCT ID NCT07267871
Summary
This study aims to test how well the Oura Ring's new algorithm can identify signs of high blood pressure. It will observe 2 million existing Oura Ring users in the US, comparing the ring's readings to what participants report about their own blood pressure. The goal is to see if a wearable ring could help with early detection, but it does not provide any treatment.
