Smart ring seeks to detect silent killer in millions
NCT ID NCT07267871
Summary
This study aims to test whether the Oura Ring's special algorithm can accurately identify signs of high blood pressure (hypertension). It will observe 2 million existing Oura Ring users in the U.S. to see how well the ring's readings match what users report about their own blood pressure status. This is an observational study to test a detection tool, not a treatment trial.
