First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested a special night guard with built-in pressure sensors to measure how hard people clench their teeth while sleeping. Two adults with bruxism (teeth grinding) wore the device for 21 nights to see if it could accurately record bite forces. The goal was to see if the technology works, not to treat the condition.
